For the cow costume, use built-in stamps for the bow and lace. Draw the horns and ears in face paint so the human ears can be removed. Choose any brown shoes, and get the tail from the shop.

It all started with buying a cow tail accessory. The bow and lace are from the built-in stamp tool. The horns and ears are drawn in face paint (you can remove the Mii's ears this way). Shoes can be any brown pair you like — the tail can be found by refreshing the shop. Thanks to the model, Mr. K, who wished to be named.
