For the Monster and Red Bull cans, start from Food > Can. The can body is orange by default; use the second-to-last button in the upper-right UI to adjust hue, then pull it left to reach a fluorescent yellow-green. Because the can already has highlights, recolor first and draw on top afterward. The Red Bull highlights were hand-drawn against product photos.
