Use stamps for the doll collar, bear, and buttons. For the plaid, turn on the smallest guide grid in settings and draw straight lines along the guides. Draw about two rows from bottom to top, then copy and stack them upward.

Parts that use the stamp tool: doll collar, bear, buttons For the grid part, open Settings → Guidelines (smallest grid size), then draw straight lines along the guidelines. Work from bottom to top — once you've drawn about two rows of the grid, you can copy them and keep stacking upward. (Who else accidentally ended up drawing an s1 lol)
