Holy priest series (01-09). “When you kneel to pray, you stand taller than anyone; in the deepest silence, God’s voice is clearest.” This series uses less common red-black and red-white combinations, leaning toward a mix of real religious clothing and design styling. It feels more religious than the fallen priest series. I originally wanted to make a full Cardinal series. The black-red piece was the first attempt and looked very intense when worn. Other outfits reference Angels & Demons, The Young Pope, and Georg Gänswein. Patrick’s pure black outfit is really hard to draw; if the colors are not handled carefully, it looks like a black blob.
