The game only has a wide-sleeve jumpsuit model, so if you want narrow sleeves you have to draw them separately — using the long-sleeve and long-skirt templates. The result looks decent enough. Once you're done drawing, you can adjust the saturation and hue to change the colors. Just remember to update the skirt color as well, and re-fill the neckline skin tone.
