The TESTA Miis are made mostly with default parts. The author only drew the hair and eye highlights, so start from the standard face parts and adjust roughly from there; the detailed tips are in the attached images.

Recreation Notes ?
The Pikmin Bloom custom Miis got a better response than expected, so I brought along custom Miis for the Testas — the Katsujidoru friends who live on the same island next door. They're mostly done with basic parts, just with custom hair and eye highlights added, so if you fiddle around roughly you should be able to recreate them. I'll write some general tips below.
