I recommend building near a seaside lawn — you can enjoy the ocean view, and digging out beach areas to create elevation differences looks natural. 1. Build the main structure, which consists of the main body (p2) and the eaves. The main body uses a triangular roof — 1 piece. The eaves come in 3 types (p3, 4, 5), made with cube shapes, 2 of each type, 6 total — assemble them around the main body. Pay attention to the corner orientations and match the patterns with the adjacent eaves; I forgot to rotate a few of mine. The eaves design was inspired by @比比拉布 — thank you! 2. Build the corridor (p6) with a triangular roof. 3. Build the courtyard gate (p7) using a triangular roof — remember to leave the gate gap open so the courtyard view shows through nicely. 4. Build the courtyard wall (p8). Everyone can adjust the length to their preference — mine ended up too long and wasn't very flexible to work with. 5. Plan the building layout, enclose the courtyard, and place the main structures and corridor. Stagger the placements to create depth and elevation differences. Dig out a ring of beach around each main building for a slightly raised effect, and keep the rest as lawn. If you have more space, a larger courtyard looks better — it also leaves room for photos and walking around. My island is really tight on land, so I didn't have space for interactive areas. 6. After placing the buildings, handle the flooring inside (p9) and tatami mats (p10) — lay flooring under the eaves and tatami under the main body. 7. Decorate: dig a pond, plant flowers and trees, place stones, steps, and lanterns. You can create elevation differences by digging one tile of beach to plant a tree. If the beach areas look too empty, you can fill them in with flat board pieces as lawn (p11). 8. Sit back and enjoy! [doge]
