Start from the default long-sleeve clothing and pants, then make small edits. The pants only need recoloring. The band on the coat sleeve should be moved a little lower than the creator's version.

Very simple! Just make a few small changes to the default long-sleeve shirt and pants — the pants only need a color change. I drew the straps on my jacket sleeves a bit high up, so feel free to move them down a little when you draw yours.
