Some drawing tips: The overall design uses a lot of rectangle shape tools with minimal brush work; the brick texture is made by recoloring the system's built-in stamp tool; the windows were drawn once and then copy-pasted repeatedly. The pattern sheets are not exhaustive — if you want a domed roof or different house proportions, just adjust as needed.
