Use the released digital version of the Champion Tunic sheet. Draw the parts that can be mirrored directly first, because they become harder to edit after the leather armor is added. If you plan to make the Tears of the Kingdom version later, save a no-armor clothing copy before adding the armor.

Digital version uploaded. Personal suggestion: draw the parts that can be directly mirrored first — it'll be a bit troublesome to make edits after adding the armor. My experience is that the Breath of the Wild Champion's Tunic is the easiest to draw. If you plan to draw the Tears of the Kingdom set later, it's best to also save a copy of the outfit without armor.
