For the skirt-style swimsuit, reuse the skin-color sampling method. The same trick also works when drawing corner hair, because it can sample the hair color.

Drew a swimsuit outfit. I tried that method of sampling skin tone, and you can also use it while in face editing to sample hair color when drawing hair! Really useful.
