Use the updated face parameters, face paint, and top pattern. The other accessories are all built-in shop items. The top pattern is missing a horizontal line on the back, so add it yourself. Lowering the Mii's height makes the young version look especially small and cute.

Updated (edited twice)! Feel free to grab what you need! Came back and excitedly made another top pattern sheet. All other accessories are from Tomodachi Life's built-in clothing shop. Just noticed the top pattern sheet is missing the horizontal lines on the back — walking back and forth now. My plushie obsession is acting up again. With the height turned down in Tomodachi Life, they look extra chubby and cute! Really struggling with Tomodachi Life's limited canvas size. Why is it so hard to draw a fluffy hedgehog hairstyle 😢😢
