Original Post Text

Added some treasures and items — still grinding for my beloved as always. On converting photos to pixel pattern sheets: Tomodachi Life's canvas size is 256×256. My habit is to use Procreate to build a canvas at that size, then import a transparent-background image as a reference. Using a perler bead pattern converter site is theoretically more convenient. Almost everything shared this time can be found on Xiaohongshu. The Signal bikes come from the product listing page on the TOMY/Takara site. For the driver's license, after drawing the blue background you can place the Mii bust stamp directly for the portrait section. The text part is a bit tedious — you can sacrifice a little accuracy and use black squares to represent it. The Signal Bike works really well as a pet item — you can watch it walk your Mii around while beeping. The Signal Mach was drawn carefully and seriously. By the time I got to the Signal Chaser I just recolored the previous one and winged it. The in-game items are very small and the details are hard to make out, so getting the general color blocks down is enough. The pole on the street sign comes from the street sign in the built-in stamp set. The Chinese and Japanese text was drawn by hand; the romaji uses the text input function. The handkerchief for Nou referenced screenshots from the original work. You can draw the straight horizontal and vertical grid lines first, then shrink and rotate them, use the assist tool to add an outline, duplicate the layer and stack it on top, then add a few more lines to connect them — basically make it look more like an actual handkerchief. Closing with some in-game screenshots. Thanks for the love.

About This Design

How to Use This Design

1. Canvas is 256×256; build it in Procreate with a transparent reference layer, or use a perler bead pattern converter site. 2. For the license, draw the blue background then stamp the Mii bust; replace text with black squares for simplicity. 3. Signal Mach/Chaser: recolor from the previous version; the in-game size is small, so rough color blocks are enough. 4. Road sign pole: use the built-in stamp; hand-draw Chinese/Japanese text, use text input for romanization. 5. Handkerchief: draw a straight grid, scale and rotate it, add an outline with assist tools, duplicate and layer it, then add connecting lines.
