Making Steps

Editorial notes based on creator, source, or submitter information.

For the forest cottage, fill the roof color first, then add darker brick-pattern fill. After deciding the window placement, copy and paste the windows. Use two green brushes to roughly paint the plants, add small flowers, then draw hanging vines and upward-climbing vines. The top front window and door use stamp parts; shrink and recolor them as you like. Other windows can also be made with another window stamp.

Recreation Notes ?
A very simple little cottage — the roof just needs to be filled in, plus filled with a darker color (select the brick fill pattern). Once the cottage windows are finalized, copy and paste them, then use two shades of green to roughly sketch the shape of the greenery, add some small flowers, and finally draw some drooping and climbing vines to finish it off. (The front-facing top windows & door are from the stamp tool — just resize and recolor to your preference. If you can't draw the other windows, you can also use a different stamp tool window to stamp them in.)
