Picnic Blanket with Lace Border Pink Grid Carpet Pattern Sheet

Edit 2: Video tutorial is now up Highlight: The carpet edges use the flat tile under objects, and the carpet middle section uses the floor/floor tile — NOT the flat tile! This way you can place things on the picnic mat! There are two things to draw in total: 1. The middle section of the pink grid carpet 2. The carpet edge lace First note: this is the flat tile under created objects, not the floor tile 1. For the pink grid, use p5 with the p7 brush to draw large squares, then use small light pink lines to draw the detail grid 2. For the lace edge, first use the tool above to draw four white circles, then use the eraser to shape similar edges. For the large lace circles, tap once with a large eraser; for the small ones, zoom in and draw with a small eraser. See p2, p3, p4 for detail images. You can draw just one snowflake then select, copy, and paste it — saves a lot of time! 3. Once the lace edge is done, draw a slightly darker pink than the grid color underneath, to use as the carpet border It looks time-consuming but it's actually not that hard! Everyone give it a try I thought for a long time about the shape for the lace edge — a lot of shapes didn't feel right because the carpet is zoomed in.
