Use the blur brush for both the fluffy trim and the folds. For folds, first draw the lines with a solid brush, then soften around those lines with the blur brush. Make sure to tuck the top into the skirt when wearing it.

Recreation Notes ?

Drew a winter outfit! Both the fluffy texture and the wrinkles were done using the blur brush. (The fluffy texture comes with a tutorial — for the wrinkles, draw the lines with the hard brush first, then blend at the lines using the blur brush.) Make sure to tuck the top into the skirt!!! Hope the pattern sheets are helpful to everyone! Strictly no using my pattern sheets for paid face editing or drawing commissions!!! These are free pattern sheets for everyone — if I see them being used to take orders or as example images for paid services, I will stop sharing free pattern sheets. Strictly no modifications or recoloring. (I worked really hard on these and I do not accept others making money off them, thank you.)
